What it linocut?
Linocut is an artisanal printmaking technique that can be used to print some illustrations in small series.
I first draw my design on a linoleum plate which will be used as a matrix. Then I engrave the plate with a gouge (a kind of a sharp knife). After that I ink the matrix with a special roller and put the paper on the carved plate. Then I press it by hand with a big roll. The next step is the numbering & the signing. That's it!

Availability?
Teratoiid T-shirts and Tote bags are handmade at home. Therefore, due to space restrictions I only print a small quantity of a motif at a time. The 50 units are not pressed and numbered in one go (depending on the request), so the delivery time for an order of a motif in larger quantities may be a bit longer than usual. (Until 5 days)?
Sizes?
T-shirts are in standard European sizes.
The choice of T-shirt is based on chest size. Measure it at its widest point using a tape measure, leaving a little breathing space, and then check it on the following table:
My own T-shirt?
For a special order, a size that is not
in the "Store", or if you have a particular
preference, you contact me directly
at contact(at)teratoiid.com .
For example you can give me a T-shirt of your choice and I’ll take care of adding the motif you want! This is practical if you want a t-shirt for your hyperactive child or if I don’t have the winter salmon color you really crave!
